the Curriculum

200hr educational and experiential training is designed to delicately balance the traditions of yoga with a contemporary understanding of the physical body, the intelligent mind and the human spirit.

“The training covered everything I wanted to understand more deeply — the history, philosophy and practice of yoga, the anatomical side of asana, teaching methodology and the business side of yoga. And on top of all that, the creation of a community of budding yoga teachers was a wonderful experience.
